In 2010 and with a noticeable lift in our business we envisage the need to compliment our staff level with the appointment of a Leasing Administrator. Ideally this person would have a proven track record within the Motor Trade.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main purpose of this position would embrace the following main duties;
- Cost control and posting of maintenance invoices servicing matters.
- General invoicing arising from contract documents.
- Processing parking, speeding and toll bridge fines.
- Customer liaison on generating preserving goodwill.
- Damage repair estimates.
- Road tax and ensuring we have /VLC forms are on file for each vehicle.
- Keeping each car transaction records updated for with driver and kilometre detail etc.
- Assist in the general administrative sales function including hand over of car.
PREFERRED SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in professional business environment with being a good communicator.
- Keyboard skills with experience in Excel and Word-general computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and follow up.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work with own initiative.
- Be able to build relationship and trust with customers through high integrity.
- Being a good communicator.
