In 2010 and with a noticeable lift in our business we envisage the need to compliment our staff level with the appointment of a Leasing Administrator.  Ideally this person would have a proven track record within the Motor Trade.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The main purpose of this position would embrace the following main duties;

  • Cost control and posting of maintenance invoices servicing matters.
  • General invoicing arising from contract documents.
  • Processing parking, speeding and toll bridge fines.
  • Customer liaison on generating preserving goodwill.
  • Damage repair estimates.
  • Road tax and ensuring we have /VLC forms are on file for each vehicle.
  • Keeping each car transaction records updated for with driver and kilometre detail etc.
  • Assist in the general administrative sales function including hand over of car.
PREFERRED SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in professional business environment with being a good communicator.
  • Keyboard skills with experience in Excel and Word-general computer literacy.
  • Attention to detail and follow up.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to work with own initiative.
  • Be able to build relationship and trust with customers through high integrity.
  • Being a good communicator.
